If I use the Pedal Commander, Momentum GT Dynamic Air Scoop, Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System, and a MACH Force-Xp 2-1/2"-3" Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System would I need to dyno tune my truck?

No. Plus OV tune is so far the only tuner out.

Yes absolutely, your stock fuel maps might not be able to keep up and your engine could EXPLODE!

Why... you are not adding any hp and your ECU is just going to limit any additional air except at WOT.

Wow, that's some expensive bling there!! You may not want to have a dyno tune after spending all that money, for me it would be hard to stomach finding the lack of any performance increase for your hard earned money spent.

I was curious and Googled it. It’s the “ram air” piece like Injen has that fits over the radiator.

You do not need to run this stuff. Would a tune help, Yes. but even in stock form that answer is Yes. But not NEEDED to run them.
