    Weird, I guess I didn't notice that. The 2012 wiring diagram is the same as the 2014 and the connectors on my 2014 looked the same as what was shown in the wiring diagram.

    I may be wrong but I think the pinout is a little different. Plugs might be the same actually.. the URD sc has different wiring instructions for the 05-12 vs the 13-15 though

    Stand-alone ecu for tuning the engine. When you need absolute control. Great for turbo or supercharger builds.

    Probably plug availability or differences. The Boomslang company may have their own harness available. The ecu itself will. The plug n play nature, is the likely reason.

    Too bad you don't live closer.....It'd be fun to build a turbo header for a turbo kit. Hint hints.

    Do you need the motor in the truck to build the header? My guess would be yes, but now that i have a spare 2TR laying around figured i'd ask..

    Some parts yes. Some parts no. Ultimately, yes, to verify clearances. At least until a jig could be made.

    It would be an easy adaptation since you already have the s/c.

    Understood, that only makes sense. This will definitely happen at some point, i've been hunting for a nice stainless manifold and havent been able to track anything down, so hopefully we can change that!

    I did see where 5lugfury adapted his with the turbo and it did look pretty simple how he set his up. I will probably do something similar when the time comes, but im still debating on what to go with.. I still have a lot to learn about turbos too. With a built motor, would it be unrealistic to put down around 500rwhp/550rwtq? I have a feeling the power band would be higher in the revs to try and get those numbers but with my 5.29s it may not be that bad down low. I would think it has to be better than what it is N/A now

    All depends on the size of the turbo, as well as the size of the turbine housing's A/R. Exhaust routing will or can play quite a role in spool time.

    For example, I have a 1k HP rated turbo, starting to make boost by 2K RPMs. All how you do it.

    With a built engine, that would not be hard to accomplish.

    Have any recommendations on places to get 304 stainless flanges for the header and tubing? I will have to start getting some supplies together so we can make this happen. I may even go turbo before building the old motor. I think the turbo and the manifold would be the biggest costs since most everything else is already in place.

    If you want to supply the header flange material, Metal Supermarkets. Then you could give that to a machine shop.

    Half inch, is my recommendation.
