Could have possibly cracked or broken something when doing it, it's easy to do on a truck of that age. Not necessarily something you did wrong, it just happens. Are you sure the plugs are gapped correctly?

Pull codes to see which cylinder is misfiring, then zoom in on that particular cylinder. The ignition coils weren't replaced? Check the coil boots for cracks and evidence of carbon tracking:

In this day it seems the quality of parts has declined if you indeed were given the correct parts.

I already received the wrong spark plug in the correct box

Sometimes them coils cause the misfire. Pull some codes to see what cylinder had the misfire and go from there

Make sure to use denso or ngk with dual electrodes. Somehow the single electrode causes misfire on my 3.4

Don't ever use Bosch, autolite, or e3 plus

A poor mans test is to put the old stuff back and see if the miss goes away again. If not, you have something to look for outside of those parts.

If the miss ends again, install the new stuff, one cylinder at a time, running after each one, and isolate the problem.

Around $26,000 worth of unleaded in the fuel tank.
Sometimes there is a sticker on the timing cover stating that dual electrode plugs are imperative in the 3.4l

Any updates been a few days.

Since the boots under the coil packs don`t come with the wires they tend to not get changed.

Good to know just what cylinder your dealing with.
