Any insight into the November rebates?

 

I asked my salesman twice and he said no clue besides it changes Tuesday

 

No insight, but given the environment, I wouldn't expect much to change. As long as the current supply/demand cycle exists, why would they offer much in the way of incentives?

I used TrueCar to get the quote from Fred Haas in Spring, Tx (Houston area).

 

I'll say. I have 5,000 miles on my 2020 TRD OR. Took it in for service and the dealer offered my $3,500 over what I paid for it. If I moved into another Toyota vehicle (4 Runner or Tundra) they said they could sweeten the pot. I was not interested, but I definitely listened. The numbers bear out your comments. Look at Q3 sales. Probably only down because of inventory -- had supply been normal Toyota would have done even better:

That is good I think the original poster said they wouldnn't be making any double cabs until end of December!

 

Dealer near me has this new 2021 SR V6 for 32,700. Can’t tell what wheels these are, looks like nitto tires though. Interesting find

@mjs2425 what is the time frame of a build , start to finish , a day or two or more ? Anyone ?

 

'Ordered' (not the correct term) a Voodoo Blue Offroad Manual about Sept 14, original build date was 10/19, but actually 10/21. Salesman sent me text message with screenshot of current status. Last 'railcar location' was Laredo Yard, TX 10/29 (built at Guanajuato, MX plant) . Estimated dealer arrival: 11/17. He thought it may get here a few days earlier than that.

 

My dealer is willing to deal, can't go up to 8% off MSRP, but he said they can go just over 5%. Looking at local comps, that's reasonable especially since no one has what I'm looking for.
They also said they'd go over value on a trade-in to help close the gap. I was thinking of private sale, but if they will make the price attractive it's certainly easier to let them take it. Especially considering I'd need to get some warranty work done before a private sale.
If I can get them to throw in dealer add-on LED headlights or heated seats I do believe I will be placing an order.

 

Looks like that 5-6% range is pretty standard right now. 8% would be solid. Earlier this year (March/April) you could get 10-12%+ off MSRP.

 

put a refundable deposit on a 2021 sr5 dcsb cement, agreed to 34900 before any incentive upon delivery, 8-10 weeks. msrp just over 37000

 

it looks high to me thou for the sport 4x4

 

I got mine for a few hundred bucks below invoice. It was still in the factory when I bought it. The admin fee was modest and I paid no tax due to military loopholes.

 

Waiting for my truck to arrive next week.
2021 White DCLB TRD OR 4x4. Didn't opt for any upgrades (no led or tech package). Just mudflaps, bed light, and all weather junk. $37,463; not including discounts or fees.

 

I don't know if Truecar is an accurate representation of my region, but they are saying 0-2% off is typical here.

 

TrueCar used to be a really good tool a few years ago, now they've become too close to the dealers to be trusted.

 

Yea TrueCar for my area didn’t even show prices. They said the dealer doesn’t publicly disclose.
