Sorry I can’t multi quote posts right now. For the guys above.. I got it on eBay. $88 plus tax came to $92-$94 I believe. I was always a fan of the 4runner pro shifter knob and seeing it in black, while adding more and more black to my interior, I was in. I love it. Great size. I think the ‘rounded square’ matches perfectly to the console shapes. The knob sat too low to be honest and I had remove the bottom cap, put a couple nuts on at the base, and rethread. It actually sits a touch higher now than it does in the photo, just enough clearance to swing all gears. The matte finish, shape and size is what truly should be in place to begin with. It’s somewhat hefty $$for a plastic knob but I love it. Thanks.

beginning of October I took my truck to Burnaby BC (I live in Nelson) ... finally got the new frame!
(warrantied) and in that new LCA's, and a buttload of other things. Feels like new!
I have a TRD Quickshifter coming, and (new to me) fully rebuilt king 2.5 w/ res also ready,
    coming to me from Calgary.

pics - odometer when I got home, pic of it when it was fresh out of recall/warranty work, looking as close to stock as possible to pass their warranty inspection, my truck as it sits waiting on my kings to be installed (and 4x4 fixed again ffs) and finally, the cab mount relocate to fit the 35s, courtesy of Big Country Customs in Abbotsford BC (my hometown)20201019_164347.jpg IMG_20201019_100009_759.jpg IMG_20201020_132453_729.jpg IMG_20201020_132453_718.jpg

Wow! That’s a lot of miles or kms? Are there many differences in a Canadian truck versus a US truck other than the speedometer and odometer?

Email came through this morning that my loan has been paid in full! Took 1 year and 2 months. Paid less than $1k in interest. Destructive mods begin now. Offroad Coastal front and rear high clearance bumpers along with skid, SOS sliders & gas tank skid & CMC plates, Engo SR10 winch. Still debating suspension, but leaning towards Dobinsons.

Do you have a part number for it? Found what looks like the same thing on Amazon just want to make sure.

The only difference is that our trucks come with block heaters, polar bear tiedowns, and the horn says "sssooorrrryyyy" when you press it.

    :canada:

But my truck is actually from Florida and was imported by the previous owner... lol
It has a block heater and the only difference is the top numbers on the speedometer is in MPH and the mileage is in Miles.
The bigger/top numbers being in MPH is annoying because in certain light, the KM/H is hard to see because they are at the bottom (and smaller) and not well illuminated by the dash lights.

I had that issue when in Canada last year. Found it very hard to keep the Km/h right in certain light, The numbers are way to dim. I just used my GPS most of the time to keep it close.

Finally got around to replacing my AC front door weatherstripping seals with the TSB part numbers. Haven't driven it yet so no idea if 1. they work correctly and 2. I didn't completely botch the install. The clips on the new weather seals definitely makes it idiot proof. As others have said, the longest part of the process was scraping off the old tape from the drivers side door. The passenger door just came off like 'butta.

Easy-peasey - I taped with 2" painters tape, and drew a line with a sharpie around another flap as a template...
