I have the KSO, the grey and black ones and use them for the gym. I find them extremely comfortable, but if you have sensitive feet I'd say away IMHO.

I would agree up to a point. I have sensitive feet that is why I wear them rather than bare feet. I have the Sprints which are even thinner I believe for the KSO. I would recommend if you do get the shoes...ease into them so your muscles can build up. The reason I want the KSO multisport is for the trail.

I have some as well I love them!!!

Being a FF I dont get to wear them as much as I want to.

They strengthen your ankles quite a bit and make your feet harder if that makes sense.

Think about your feet were not designed to fit into shoes, shoes actually force your feet to grow a certain way. Wearing vibram or lets say you never wear shoes your feet will grow naturally and it will also help your balance.

look up the benefits of barefoot training.

Been wearing the sprints for 2+ years now and love em. Do everything in em from 5mi runs to Crossfit. I've actually started going sans VFFs as well when I train sometimes

Yeah that would suck. I ordered from shoemart.com so I should be good. I've had good experiences with them before. Only problem is that they're backordered until the 17th!
