Where are you getting it done at and have you done it before? What are you paying to have it done?? There is a place about a hour from me in Westminster MD that does it, but Im not to sure about the place yet.

 

Glad I've got a cheap already rusty Tacoma 4x4 for a winter beater.

 

I bought 4 spray cans of Woolwax in black for under 50 with shipping and did mine, myself. I think the discount code for us is TW. Pretty easy process, goes on nice and somewhat thick. Did it last month and tomorrow I’m going to take a good look and see how it held up after today’s rain.

 

Ive done it myself for a couple years. Advance Auto has the cans for about $8 each. I think 4 will cover everything generously. I just need to find some time to do it. Maybe this sunday, if salt trucks are already out..

 

4 Cooper STT Pros 285/75/16s for 250. Sounds like they still have decent tread left too. Near Hersey, PA though...
if I thought they would fit mine without needing CMC first I’d probably grab them..

 

Everytime i go, we always run into stock trucks out there. There are trails there for every body. You'll be fine! If you happen to get stuck, one of us will gladly assist you.

Next Friday is when I plan to leave to go out. But i spoke with them and they have a truck coming East The week before Thanksgiving. As it sits right now my plan is to leave next Friday the 6th as I have an install appointment for the 9th at noon. Just waiting to see what the cost of shipping will be. If it’s a little more than what it will cost to drive out I’m probably gonna have them bring it to me. With tolls, fuel, hotels, food and $175 install fee you’re looking at about a 8 to $900 round trip. Meet In Va Beach or Mass

 

Id rather make it a trip. You can see Yellowstone. And I have a few people to see in CO, MT, MO, and TN..

 

Driving out is still a option just waiting for the quote. When I spoke to Tim from the shipping department and he told me they just got two foot of snow out there in the last week. Don’t know if you have ever made the northern trip cost country this time of the year , but they close a lot of highways due to snow drifts. Weather is playing a big part As far as making plans. During the winter season we are a little slow at work so I have they availability to takeoff. Spring and summer we are crazy busy so not really a option to make a trip out there at that time. If my shipping quote comes in higher than $800 I’m gonna drive out.
