Posting here because there was a similar post for a short bed that was very helpful for me when I had a short bed and was planning out some drawers.

Dude this is great. I'm trying to build a sleeping platform for my 2002 Tacoma, but know that I'll get a 3rd Gen DCLB eventually so ideally I would love to swap over the platform. This allows me to build something that is good for both vehicles. Appreciate the time and detail of this post!

Revival of thread. But if anyone knows... the height of H1, from the bottom to the edge lip, is it 9 1/8” from the deepest portion of the bed, or from the top of one of the bumps?

And is L1 measured with the tailgate closed or open? I know the tailgate slightly overlaps the black bit on the edge.

starting to build a system for my truck that takes delivery in a few weeks. might have to stop at Toyota and measure myself. Lol.

H1 - This is from the top of the bumps
L1 - Measured with tailgate closed

Anyone know the height from the bed floor to the top of cab?

Short story, I'm not at home, just looking to put something rather tall in the bed and want to see if it'll fit under the garage door.

Anyone know the height from the bed floor to the top of cab? I'm not with my truck to measure. Could someone get this measurement? I know it's the same for SB and LB. Thx and Happy New Year!.
