Totally debating finding a rotted 2nd gen for cheap, ordering a new frame and installing it to see if I can make money off it...

Your tacoma and tundra suggest you don't move fast enough for this plan

Eh. Those are keepers. (Plus the tundras pretty much done... I can daily it. The interior is all that’s a mess right now)

I’ve swapped at least 30 second gen frames. It’s a whole 2 days worth of work. ~4k for parts u can have a truck sorted with a new frame, fresh suspension (take off 3rd gen parts) and fix any leaks for the most part.

I have a co worker who screams YOU'RE NOT MY REAL DAD at the top of his lungs anytime anyone tells him to do anything, regardless who or if customers are in the store... it's always good

I really like them, I'd still have one if any of my vehicles had OBDII haha. Well the taco does, but not for much longer, soon I'll be running one of these...

Just took them so long to finally introduce different background colors, cause I'm not dumb enough to have blue shining in my face at night.

Some do, but really they don't have to, OBDII was drafted in 1993, its old and vague. Standalones have way more info to spit at you if you give them a display or a laptop. Haltech supports OBDII though, so does the higher end Holley. Megasquirt you can program it in but I don't see any reason to.

I'd love a standalone with forced induction if I didn't have to deal with CA smog rules.

That and I don't want an "off road only" vehicle...

    That setup looks pretty cool
