I keep asking the wife to buy us the winning ticket. She always lets us down.

 

I only buy if I happen to be in a state that sells them. AL doesn't have it.

 

We prob only buy them a few times a year. We dream of winning it, more than we actually play. It'd be nice to win, but a wonderful waste of money trying.

 

No doubt. I will buy 1 number for each Mega and Powerball 5 plays each. I figure $20 isn't too bad for as little as I'm in a state that does sell them.

 

RX for otc items are my new favorite thing. What a great use of my time and the hospitals financial resources. Seems like 99% of what I do

 

Sounds like my time in the Air Force. No matter what I went to sick call for, I walked out with a prescription for 800mg ibuprofen.

 

Medicare paying for Tylenol is my favorite

 

Usually it isn't covered but since we're IHS it's covered anyway by the tribe or gvt or whoever

The way it works in AZ is the state pays like $420 per day for rx's or something crazy. So if we fill a $20 med today, we get $400.

If I fill a $10 med tomorrow we get $410.

But if I fill them both on the same day we get $390. How does that make sense???

Maybe I understand it wrong but that seems to be how it works.

 

And the more I think about it the less right that seems. Nobody in their right mind pays a $400 profit to dispense
