3C222E39-1ECF-4A3B-B618-A729A2C2B0F0.jpg This is my 15 y/o that’s wanted to be a soldier since he was 4. He’s won several gold medals in Houston fighting jiu jitsu. He’s in several AP classes in high school. Really couldn’t be more proud of this kid and really have great expectations ahead. He has the biggest heart and I’m positive that he will make me proud with whatever path he decides to take.

Your lucky, I am probably snowblowing while you are mowing. My dad past away 7 years ago but I use to mow his every week and that was 12 acres. Mine is just 3 acres so I can do that in a 6 pack or less.

there once was a man from nantucket...
his dick was so long he could suck it,
    he said with a grin
as he wiped off his chin
"If my ear were a cunt, I'd fuck it."

He got a Bluetooth radio for his birthday. He’s been driving in parking lots since he got it but since he’s 15 we can get him in drivers ed and he can start driving on the street

Nothing like having to run tweakers off, in the middle of the night. These fools come out here and try to scrap stuff off live equipment. One of these days one of them is going to kill themselves. On a positive note, as I was filling up my work truck with gas, I took the opportunity to finally program my SG II to read the trans temp in the pan and at the torque converter. I normally don't drive the Taco to work, but glad I did. I'll be doing some wheeling, on my days off and would like to see how hot the trans gets. I think I'm going to order another ScanGuage. Only being able to see 4 things at once isn't enough. Or maybe I'll get an OBDII splitter and run a SG and an UG.

These are the things that night shift makes you think about...

I need to start doing that in my garage fridge. It's almost always triple digits here, in the summer. Sometimes the garage fridge will take forever to cool back down, if you have the door open too long. That forces me to store the beer in the house fridge. Then the wife gets upset if I take up too much room:rofl:

Do they not have learner's permits anymore? We got those at 15(had to have a licensed driver over 25 I believe) and license at 16.

It was 14 and 9mo when I got mine. Had to have a licensed driver in the passenger seat until you get the real license at 16.

I never minded doing the mowing but the weedd eating was a different story. He had a Kubota ZD28 zero turn with a 6' deck and 2 swisher offset tow behinds one off each side and they were 6' with 6" overlap so I was cutting 17' each pass.

We have a graduated license program here. But with covid some of that’s even went out the window and parents can sign off on them getting their license.

You can take driver ed at 15 and earn a permit before 16 but now most of your driving hours are earned at home instead of student vehicle. He will get most of his beginners experience in his truck and I think that’s pretty good.

Oh yeah, I enjoyed it! Summer here is hot as hell, but Fall and Spring are pretty nice. Winters aren't that bad, but my pussy hurts when it drops into the 40's. I hate the cold!!!
