From what I understand, this year is the first that 6.5 Creedmore is outselling .308 Winchester. You'll be fine, but wildcat cartridges like my 6.5 Grendel (although it is becoming more mainstream) will be difficult to acquire for another year, depending on the elections.

 

We'll see. places still have 6.5...but the hell I'm paying 1.20+ a rd. GTFO with that. Some are almost 3.

Tomorrow is Korean food night. I'm going to steam some dumplings (Yakimandu), make Bulgogi, rice and of course... I have Kimchi.

 

I need this in my life.

 

The trick is should I make the Bulgogi traditionally on a coal barbecue or in my cast iron pan.

I like to cook it in the cast iron that way I can pour the juices on the rice

I'm the exact same way on Bulgogi. Maybe I could use the cast iron on the barbecue, but I'm worried about overheating the metal.
