So l was in Wal-Mart this evening and my cell starts ringing every few seconds from tons of different numbers in Ohio and Tennessee along with a bunch of voicemails. Get in the truck and start playing the voicemails and they all basically say the same thing that l supposedly called them and they were returning the call. I ran a few more errands and the calls were just pouring in so I went to my provider to see if we could figure out what was going on. They said someone hacked the phone and is making calls mirroring my phone number so I ended up buying a new phone with a new number.
Then when I get home I had a message from my identity protection company that said my name popped up in court records so l have to call Monday to find out why is going on.

 

Yea I got IF theft a few years back it sucked

 

So people were calling your number back to see what the deal was?

 

Exactly, hundreds of calls and voicemails were pouring in.

 

I hated to change my phone number cause I have had it for so long but the non stop calls were crazy.

 

It was insane, I laid it on the Charge Pad in the truck and it was lit up the entire time with incoming calls.

 

Same. That shit would have went bye bye

 

I got the new phone set up, now I can shut the old one off until I call to cancel it tomorrow.

 

One time a friend of mine accidentally did something to the settings on his phone any call to his number got sent to my phone. After I got two or three calls from his friends who I didn’t know, I tried to call him and ended up calling my phone! I forget how he ended up fixing it...

 

Are the feds investigating you?
