My girlfriend's family has been digging into their history and found that her grandfather's brother was put up for adoption. The brother didn't know that until his adoptive mother passed when he was like 70. So the last 8 years or so he has been trying to find his biological family. So sad that he didn't know, and he didn't get to meet his brother (my gf's grandpa). My gf's grandpa passed a few months ago. Never knew he had that brother

I'd be curious about the post count as you mentioned..but I'm not complaining, just a thought

 

The guy I had one year had whatever the minimum was that year, (50?) but I know he had under 100. There wasn't much stalking to be done other then the fact that he had a Tacoma.

 

I think the post requirement has something to do with it but I also think covid has a big impact... I tried getting some other people involved this year who have more then 500 posts and none of them have signed up. Just gotta think about the people that either might be out of work or didn’t work for a few months

 

I would guess the prior year we had a lot of people with between 50 and 400 posts.

Count me in! I was so fortunate to play in this last year and it was a lot of fun to run around and get stuff and spread a little cheer! I can’t wait to see what happens this year!

 

So excited to remember to sign up this year. Last year was so busy I missed it.

NOOOoooo..... I read the rules, but didn't even think that after 4 years I have been here, AND previous Secret Santa's that I did participate in, that I didn't meet the message count (373 messages). DOH. Guess I need to be noisier before next year. That sucks.
