I have gone to a local fastener shop and purchased several sizes of SS bolts and screws for my Taco. Every time I see a rusty fastener I replace it and everything I install I use SS.

How improved is your braking power with the vented rotors?

To be honest with you the calipers made the biggest difference bc I added them after the fact. I didn’t really notice much a difference until adding the calipers with the brakes and rotors. Also last night trick or treating with kids riding in the back I did notice some minor squeaking already which I’m not too happy about. Braking is good but wouldn’t say it’s very noticeable with rotors slotted and drilled for me personally over the oem. Calipers did improve it quite a bit though

Hey, Bob. I was kidding about someone stealing my OEM caps. It's just, the OEM caps stick out like a sore thumb, and most aftermarket bumper companies have you remove them, so you're left with a big hole for mud to get into. These Squareone caps cleanup the look and provide function by capping the hole.

Yeah I’m think I’m gonna go that route too. Didn’t realize how shitty these looked already and haven’t been installed but about a month

The screw on the door is what holds most of the other gas cap holders in place. You may be able to cut a washer or bend some wire and secure it behind the same screw to make a hook.

Yeah, I had that thought too, but wasn't sure how long that screw was, or if there was actually anything out there like I'm looking for. It could end up being the solution.

No harm, no foul. Took it with the spirit that it was intended.
Mine looked fine to me and I was just there when I did my skid plate and Demon hooks. Didn't understand why they needed replacing.
    :notsure:
Prior to mounting my skid plate I didn't even know that those were present.
Either way it's all good.:thumbsup:

I originally saw them from a guy in Hawaii, only large set I’ve ever seen, so I messaged him to see if I could purchase a set. When he shipped them, he printed them on vinyl in all separate pieces, so I would’ve had to stick each and every little drop-shadow piece one by one...

Eventually I called my old graphics buddy here in Sacramento, and we designed and printed a single custom set on clear vehicle vinyl. I think they came out pretty sick.

Nice! Do you have any more photos of how it's all mounted and wired up?
I was planning on mounting a switch plate, usb/12v outlets, and +/- posts onto the door of the cubby but this seems like a way better idea.

Primed and painted said bracket for final installation. Also replaced the battery with another Optima Red 35 as a precaution before winter, because the old one is more than 5 years old:

A usb device left plugged in isn't going to drain your battery. My car's usb ports are always active and I have devices plugged in 24/7 indefinitely

It's been a long time coming but I finally installed the CaliRaised Amber LED fogs a bought a year ago. I butchered the stock trim pieces removing them, but other than that it went smooth.

Stock wheels and suspension. Random "utilitarian" mods featured on this great forum.
Nice; did the same almost as soon as I got mine. Removed the galvanization with vinegar, primed and painted with enamel. I have no idea why the eye hooks come painted but these do not.
