yep looks good. I am sure you will end up buying more as you go and start seeing fit. Get lucky like me and buy a wrecked one with low miles that has none of the parts you need damaged for $700. hahahaha. Good luck my friend.

I have started to look into the idea of getting a parts truck. Does anyone know if it matters if I get a 2 door or does it have to be a 4 door like mine?

The drive by wire is what makes it a tad more difficult for your model.

    It's a 2 year model thing (03-04).

    Not over
So just keep it within 03-4 but truck length doesn't matter?

Well not bolt by bolt but a general step by step.
For example: Rip out this thing and swap it with this thing and then use this thing but don't forget to do this

Don't quote me on the rear drive shaft portion, but that is correct regarding the truck length not being an issue.

Any shop can alter or create a new drive shaft for you for cheap.

if you find a donor 03-04 extended cab or 4 door 4x4 truck with an auto you will be good blown motor ideal but those are easier to fix so most likely will be a wreck). no manual hubs but you will have everything needed including the ECU/ECMs to start the swap

eh, chunking down 6500 for a parts truck isn't fiscally efficient. the parts list would be below $2500 all day when you can find them. If you are in a rush and have mucho $$$ then do whatever. but I sense you are trying to save the bucks anyway possible so keep looking at parts and hit up our own B/S/T

    Update:

I am starting the search for parts and I am also taking a lot of notes because I am learning so much and I want someone who was in the same shoes as me to be able to get a lot of info.

Here is what I am working on!:

When buying a front diff, you need to match your gear ratio that's on your truck.

Also, consider whether you want to clamp the ADD diff tube or find a manual diff tube since you're going manual hubs.

As for the hubs themselves, you can buy them new from Low Range.

May as well also buy manual axle hubs and new wheel bearings that way you can use your current spindles, or as labled in your list, steering knuckles.
