    hello good sir.
i have your led light kit in my short bed. i love it. and love i was able to install myself as a total noob. great kit super happy.
now to the point. i recently just got a leer cap and think i want a little more light in there.
    2 questions.
do you have a kit for caps.
    and
is there a way to wire it in with the original kit i have in. remember im not very technical.

    thanks

Has anybody installed the “softopper” kit on the inside of a hardshell topper? I’m sure it can be done, just curious to see what it looks like and how you set it up.

I dont wanna speak for seller. But he is sending me.a kit to tie into my original.kit that I plan to attach via velcro to carpeted shell I just got.
I believe it may be similar to soft top kit.
Hes sending me I think 2 45inch led straps.
I'll post pics soon. Package shohld.get here this week

Ok yes I need it. Did you just mount them to the carpet with the 3M strips?

I just checked out your website and noticed you already have a kit just for camper tops. I think I’ll go that route instead of doing the standard kit plus extra lights on the topper. Can’t wait!!

For a carpeted shell you would need to add the "hook side of Velcro to the back of the light strips.

I did DIY lights like this in my 09 DCSB years ago and put the switch in the cubby hole above the drivers side fender well. I now have a long bed. How hard would it be to move the switch to the same spot instead of having it at the back of the truck?

Any way to run a plug and play for the dome lights or cargo lights, so these bed lights turn on with them?

How hard would it be to change the location of the switch to the cubby hole above the wheel well instead of having it in the back of the bed?

Its very doable but will be harder to run the long power wire down the drivers side because of the gas tank.
