    You're good. :fistbump:

"The Fair Labor Standards Act's (FLSA) minimum age requirements do not apply to minors employed by their parents, or by a person acting as their guardian. An exception to this occurs in mining, manufacturing and occupations where the minimum age requirement of 18 years old applies.

State laws often follow the same pattern as the Fair Labor Standards Act with regard to minors working for their parents. Consult your state department of labor for specific guidance."

Plus, as you're showing here, with the baby in the drawer, when you go to weld, cut, paints/chemicals, or use louder or any dangerous power tools, you just add a little LED light to the drawer and close it until you're finished. Glad to see your #RandyFab powers of deduction are still sharp. hmmmm...... #PopiRandejo ? Whataya thing @Justanotherhemi Jaime? Also, how do you like the OPs cool color changing wheels? He's getting super fancy with all his recent upgrades. Have you seen how clean his console cup holders are?! His new dash facia and super cool microphone holder for his comms? Oh, he even did a cool ethernet style semi-hidden connection. He's been busy

Back on track here, ordered a new winch this morning and went with the Warn Evo 10s. Everywhere I looked it was the same prices, so I reached out to poly performance to see if their mil discount applied, and it didn't. Bought it anyways. I was between that and the smittybily x20 winch, but I figure I'll just spend the extra $200 and go with a Warn vs a smitty. I can't wait to get it in.
