Delete this post and sell it to Carvanna. :D

Did some more research on taking out my passenger seat, I have some other honey-do tasks I need to accomplish first, and I won't be camping again for a while. MAYBE road tripping over the holidays down south, so by the end of December I would want to have a decent setup. But, ripping out the seat looks like it's doable, easy to re-install and recalibrate (with tech stream, it's possible). And when it's out, the drivers airbags still deploy so that's good. Don't need to trade it in for a frontier :D way better spot than I thought I would be in after only a few minutes of research.

Does anyone know anyone selling a truck bed toolbox? I'm looking for something I can put a cooler into, easy storage and all that jazz. I have one of those massive walmart Yeti knock-offs at the moment, will probably downsize that - it's just me camping, I can make do with a smaller cooler. Put it in the toolbox with some other bits and bobs (like my cast iron :D), camping trips and road trips made easy.

I would check tractor supply for the tool box. Or find measurements you need and hop on Amazon. I'm sure they have what you need!

Check WalMart for a tool box also. I picked up a square box for the back of the camper there and they were considerably less than anywhere else. For what it is, it's held up pretty well although it's collecting dust at the moment...

Yeah I'm going to start on Facebook/CL. People sell the plastic ones left and right for cheap. At least then I can use it for a bit and see if I like it before I get a nicer one. Also will use it in the winter for storing snow clearing stuff in the bed instead of in the cab. :D

Yeah, I'm about to that point. It's just that everyone else is far enough from work or home where it becomes a lot less convenient. Though when I'm making 3+ trips for every issue, I guess it's a wash in the end

I'd totally take you up on that, but I think you're around four hours from me!

Starting to see those discounts from our favorite truck armor folks, I’m going to be buying a over softopper bed rack for the possible future rtt, I thought I read on here some one was a rep for one of these companies. Any one got any connects? I may want something custom, not sure yet. I just don’t want to lose out on the deals this month.

    Nice!
When they get North of 180#, they get that "slab sides" look.

I agree. He did it due to shipping costs. I guess one going out to cali would cost almost as much as the rack just to ship

Think I could get them to build another, outside of travel restrictions, I may even be able to drive to pickup.

Hey man thanks for asking! got home crooked but okay, wore my right front tires inner shoulder decently. But oh well they are well used. Replaced the lower control arm on that side tonight, alignment barely changed. Aligned it as is for this weekends NH meet and offroading. Bent spindle gang here i go. Ordered total chaos boxing and gusset kits to weld onto some fresh spindles from my buddy diego who had spares. Everyone should box their spindles. The parts only cost 75 bucks.

Worth asking. Just may have to send a couple emails since I'm sure he is getting plenty. He's like 30 mins outside Greenville, SC. Nice area

What’s the time frame? 3 gen? There’s a potential I head that way over the end of December and into New Years on a small road trip. Keep me posted if you’re going to do it. Or if you want the drive, seriously, I recommend it. Take the long route around NYC and come down through the Appalachians. I did it in the summer though not sure on the winter. Greenville is AWESOME. I walked around when it was about 95 and swampy humid. There was a cool walk/bike path that went along a river there. Highly recommend visiting.

Edit I ask about the truck because I have a 3g short bed so it would kind of need to fit mine to get it back up o_O

Be careful driving this morning gents...Hit black ice on the Kelley Street bridge in Manchester, was fishtailing halfway across it with oncoming traffic and people behind, clipped the curb with my front and rear tire, going about 30 maybe. Definitely think if I hit the curb any harder I was getting bounced into oncoming traffic or right over the bridge into the river. Top 3 scariest driving moments of my life lol
