Possible teaser for a tacoma trailer?

I recently came across a possible teaser from Toyota.
Based on the tacoma bed they at a recent auto show teased a possible trailer made by Toyota for the tacoma based on I believe the trd off road bed.

I am just wondering if anyone else has seen or heard anything?
I think if they do it it would be a really cool idea.

People have made their own trailers from old truck beds in the past

 

Highly doubt it... but even if they did, I imagine it would be exorbitantly overpriced. Not to mention, it would get dented to hell, if used like a typical trailer.

Yes, but they'll base it off the optioned version with the coolers built into the bed... because everyone who wants a trailer wants to reduce it's capacity as much as possible.

 

For a meer 26k you’ll get a rack,220v plug, spare tire, and the 8k Limited option you get a cover and tow package......

This. My first thought.

 

Inventory is determined based on how many trucks they previously sold and then re-purchased under a shell company that were denied warranty and insurance claims. They could even give you a plaque to show you which trailer your truck was made into. It's like recycling. Does it come with a sticker? and does the diff still leak. I want it to be authentic.
