Wow, solid. Those look great. That's the 35/11.5/17 size?

What did you have to do to fit them? I see you lost the mudflaps. Anything else in terms of cutting?

PS: I got a call back from Discount Tire. There is indeed a national backorder so typical places can't get them right now. No big deal for me since I'm not in a hurry.

none. truck never came with flaps. final clearence check to be done in a week. for street use a 6" bracket lift clears fine. correct on the tire size.

Bring your own weights? Really? WTF is that about? I bet they wanted you to bring your own balance machine too?

Here you go. Mounted and unloaded at 38 PSI, just shy of 36.25”

Edit: Didn't account for ruler height, actual is 34.25".

Any body have first hand experience with Toyo AT3 E-load rating sidewall durability compared to Cooper ST Max and STT Pro Armor-Tek3? Is the Toyo AT3 load rating E sidewall 2 or 3 ply?

Holy damn....really? Toyo claims them to be 34.5" for the ones that are 35/11.5/17, right? Nearly two inches bigger is unexpected...

Wow. Rookie mistake on my part, as that includes the width of the ruler which is exactly 2", so actual measured distance is 34.25".

Do the sidewalls look any more "aggressive" than the LT sidewalls that have been previously posted?

The fact that he put his vehicle in the air and took measurements is deserving of more than one pass haha. Thanks again for measuring. Good to know the manufacturers specs are actually pretty accurate in this case!

PS: They look good on the truck, even if it IS a Jeep! :D

You can be the judge. Interestingly the sidewall lugs are ramped a bit, that is on the leading edge the lip is small but on the trailing edge the lip is large, so the aggressiveness may appear slightly different on the same tire depending on which direction you are looking at them. They are less aggressive than the KO2s and Wildpeaks for sure.

Didn’t have to go that far. I haven’t mounted the full size spare under the bed yet, so I had easy access to an unloaded tire. :)

i suppose a slightly more tame side bite has to do with the effort of weight savings. i do agree with @crashnburn80 about the road noise. it is more than my previous K02's. but nowhere near a dedicated m/t like ive had in the past. i think im most impressed with the size. just perfect. i may not even need a cmc at all.
