    Snuck in a brew this morning. Using Unibroue yeast on a Belgian Dubbel. This was the smoothest brew yet on the Foundry. Still missed my OG, but not as bad.

    Eclipse is one of my favorite stouts, but I feel like they don't get good until they're about 3 years old. I had a stash of them and loved the aged ones, but I was disappointed by the fresh one at the brewery.

    Brewday yesterday morning making a Pumpkin Spice Latte Cream Ale for a party, Oktoberfest breakfast beer, and then some beer line replacement (upgrade) with a hair of the dog beer today. One of my key fittings was missing a piece, so I only got halfway done while I wait for the new piece. We'll see how things go with this EVABarrier and DuoTight fittings. Sure is WAY cleaner and easier to run...

    There not good, at least in my opinion.
    The watermelon was the best but I will not be buying anymore.
    It tastes like a hard seltzer with weird sour flavor and then a small finish of malt at the end.

    Yeah, there’s been rime ice and snow up high for 3 or 4 weeks.
