Evening everyone

Had a pest control tech from Terminex come spray the outside of my place and the garage to get rid of all the brown and black widow spiders and wolf spiders

Also tomorrow I start supervised physical therapy again at the same place I was at last year after my knee replacement . This time they'll try and strengthen my left arm and leg plus full body exercises . Hopefully this will help my.muscle weakness im experiencing

 

An old girlfriend use to say,

You haven't used that around the house currently I hope!! Quoting old girl friends never helps the conversation!!

Thanks everyone for the well wishes for the eldest daughter!! She's doing real good tonight at home.

My grandkids, right off the old block there... 10 year old middle of this set of three grandbabies came down stairs to Mom on the couch... "Hey Mom what's up". Daughter "Good didn't you have homework to do?". 10 Year old "Geeezshshsh you don't remember taking out a wall with your head but you remember I have homework!".

Good kid, just doesn't get when to speak!! Or, maybe he did, Mom can't chase him down with that wooden spoon!!

I really like this physical therapy place as they work with only one patient not multiple patients as other facilities ive been to . This same facility last year helped me alot to get my knee stronger after the surgery

Yes it'll get me out of the house for 1.5 hrs 2x's a week

Nice work! One of my all time favorite memories. One of many places where we humans feel vastly insignificant.

 

Go outside at night with a flashlight and turn it into PT and spider squash in one step.

 

BTW I got a cortisone shot in my right middle knuckle about two weeks ago and it is already not doing anything to help the pain just like the arthritis in both elbows a few months ago.

It was determined to be trigger finger which runs in my family. Dr wants to wait a few months and try it again(cortisone).

I would rather not waste my time and have surgery to fix it and get it over with.

Get off my lawn dammit.
