Why are people such whiny bitches? Apparently I’m getting constant noise complaints about playing loud music or hosting people or some BS in my garage. The only thing I do is workout in my garage and the occasional project. I play music that’s loud enough to be heard by me and that’s it. I’ve even gone outside the garage to make sure it’s not loud and disturbing. But apparently that’s not allowed by the HOA. Not one person even will come over while I’m out there to ask me to turn it down or anything. They just cry to the HOA because they’re too afraid to talk to someone. Pathetic ass people.

Oh I’m well aware. But it’s absolutely ridiculous. They’re literally just spewing lies. The part that pisses me off the most though is that whoever is complaining (and I’m pretty sure I know who it is) won’t even come talk to me to say anything about it. I’m not even in here at obscene hours at like 4am or late at night. I workout between 4pm-6pm typically during the week and do projects during the day on weekends.

 

Only time i called in was if it was 2am on workday. Had one neighborhood in Texas call cops on me working on my camaro 1-2 pm for noise complaint. Next day i did a huge burnout in the street.

 

I’m fairly certain I know who it is. And every time I see their window open when I leave or get home on the Harley I “accidentally” rev it a little too hard

 

I do. Not bad though. Good people, no complaints about anything and can do mostly as we please

 

I’ve had complaints on me working on the truck at 11am on a Saturday while it’s 3/4 way in the garage. HOA head honcho came by we drank a beer together..I felt bad for him the crap he deals with.

 

I like it keeps people accountable for yard art and mowed lawns is all.

 

Yep, although they're not strict on that here. Frankly not sure what the point is, but oh well. At least 3 highway patrol and sheriff around, so it's definitely secure

I feel your pain. Living in that HOA in Oceanside convinced me that I'd never live in one again.

 

Never again after this place either. All my immediate neighbors are great. My one bordering neighbor asks me all the time “if we were gone last week” because were so quiet. Yet somehow I make some huge ruckus in the garage.

I just walked out of my garage with my music playing as loud as I always have it and I could just baaaarely hear it from the next garage down... I hate people so much

 

I don’t believe I could live like that. But then I don’t do good in captivity either.
