damn Don. I've been to your house a few times and never knew thats what the rest of the house looked like! if I had the means to make it happen, i would've already tried to buy it from you having only seen the garage, bathroom, mini bar, and backyard! good luck man.

It looked pretty nice. But it was more homey, and lived in. We didn't tour the house because we were all dirty from working on the truck. Those pictures were with staged furniture, and post modern BS. But, overall, it's a nice place. Plus, before we moved we ripped out the carpet in the living room/ dining room, and put in the hardwood floors per agents advice. Should have done that long ago. Looks nice. But I do like carpet, so we didn't. They must have a poster to put in the fireplace. Look at that fire.

It's pretty amazing what the stagers can do to make a house appealing or should I say, more appealing. I'd always liked my Aunt's house-familiarity I suppose, but when they staged it, holy cow! What a transformation! Sorta feels like you should have your house swept by the stagers ever now and again

On another note, looks like the squeeze tree is no more. Guess that spot won’t be such a pucker factor next time @Don5352

    Good. Fuck that tree.
While I got through, it was a major pucker. No dents, but definitely scratches to paint. Between your truck, and mine, that cost us over an hour. But we made it. Ha! Fuck that tree.

Echo's are junk. Sorry. But parts are generally unavailable after a year or so-I tried to buy parts for mine and no bueno. So I bought a Stihl.

Buy a used one if you want a deal otherwise, Stihl dealers include Ace Hardware though I bought mine at Turf and Industrial in Santa Clara-I mean you can buy a tractor from them in Santa Clara. How cool is that? They also have service and if you purchase a gallon of fuel, they'll extend your warranty.
You'll have to visit a dealer to see about pricing. Otherwise, they all advertise the same price.

Husquvana makes good chain saws. I’ve still using the same Husquvana for nearly 30 years with no problems. Use it for general yard work and collecting firewood so doesn’t see much hard use and I make sure to drain gas after each use. Don’t know about service parts, never needed any.

I have a stihl 044 and I've never had any problems with it. Stihl definitely gets my vote.

Spotted: Saturday at the Safeway parking lot, El Dorado Hills. Not a Taco, just a beautiful car.

I like my echo. And I think it works perfect for my uses. I’ve had it for several years with zero problems at all. With that said it’s mostly used camping. I recommend it to people all the time that will be using it for a similar purpose. Now it I had to cut quarts and quarts of wood every year, I would be looking a much better saw. But to recommend the best to someone that might only use it a handful of times IMO doesn’t make sense.

I have had better success with Stihl over husqavarna. Used to help with a tree company in HS. Which is we’re I learned a lot about saws.

This was the whole reason I went with an Echo. I don't need the saw I have but, I know that years from now, it will retain value and be repairable. Had the thing not any an issue, I'd probably still be using it. I don't think I used it more than two seasons before it was unrepairable.
