Yep mine started that way too, eventually became a slow but steady stream with the anti-siphon starting to leak too.
Main thing is I wanted to get it done before the temperature started dipping into the freezing range.

Luckily mine has a 1/4 turn just inside the basement. Going to be a spring weather job for me

What is that plastic looking brown piece for at the top of that valve/spigot?

As others have already said it's the anti-siphon value. Here's a basic vid to show how to change it.
FYI the caps do not come off near that easy and if they are older they can crack/break when removing them, so have a spare handy.

I so need to do this! The previous owners let the pope freeze and when I turned my spicket on, it would dump water into my crawlspace. I patched it with a pipe repair kit for a quick fix

Moved the burnt cabinet over where it is now, used to be right over the stove and clearly at some point in the past someone tried to burn the house down with a grease fire. Then I cut, stained and installed some quick shelves over the sink (plus one more over the fridge out of frame) to get more storage space in our crack den basement kitchen.

Hopefully in 6 months or so we can scrounge enough cabinets and supplies to move the stove over and redo the cabinets and counter top, and add a. Nice back splash and get the kitchen looking good.

Well, back to my sons stairs...
He picked up some clear yellow pine tread. We cut the existing tread in half and removed. Then removed the nails in the ends/mortise of stringer.
Cut a 2x4 to install from stringer to stringer to support the back of new tread. Cut a new tread measuring from inside left mortise to outside right mortise. Slowly ‘persuaded’ the new tread into position and installed with finish screws.

If you start at the bottom and go up, you can screw or nail the riser to the back of the tread (add a line of glue too). Makes a huge difference in rigidity. I'd suggest at least putting liquid nail at the back of the tread if you don't.

Insurance adjuster stopped by today to access damage from Zeta, he’s requesting a new roof, new back fence, and money for cleanup.
We want to go back with architectural shingles, what’s a good balance of quality and price? We’ll be DIY’ing it.

I also need to replace my meter panel, there’s no main disconnect and I don’t have any breaker spots to feed the shed or to add a spot for a generator.
