But if política is correct, they're right around the corner about to take yur job!

Plus, do you ever intend to visit anywhere else in the US? Or maybe go to Mexico for your honeymoon? It's a valuable skill to have if for no other reason than knowing if they're talking shit about you/about to stab and rob you

Considering Mandarin Chinese is like 3x more common worldwide than English, we should all probably be practicing our Mandarin lol

That's a skewed statistic because of all the native speakers of Mandarin in China.. outside of Asia, Chinese is actually lower than English. 146 nations worldwide use English while only 29 use Mandarin. Spanish is technically 4th worldwide but the biggest difference comes down to education. Richer nations can afford to teach their children English but it won't really get you anywhere outside of the resort in a Latin nation

I mostly stumble my way through Spanish for 2 reasons.. so I can know what workers are saying on the job site or across the parts counter (not important since I don't work in those environments anymore) but more importantly, so I can get crazy good deals at Mexican grocery stores. They sell the same shit but cheaper, you can see yourself in your local white person grocer. Grab something like bouillon cubes from the spice aisle then take it over to the Hispanic aisle. You'll find the exact same brand but with spanish writing and it'll be significantly cheaper than the white version

Hey. Walmart is selling Dobinsons bumpers and suspensions. Free delivery. AMF INDUSTRIAL LLC is the US distributor and warehouse in Miami.

I guess they are going for volume now. If you don't like it, take it back to a store for a refund. I have mixed feelings about this.

I paid roughly $100 more for the rear bumper. Hard to find anything on WM site though.

I spent a number of years working with a group of people from Newfoundland. It was kind of funny to be on a conference call where the customer callers were expecting an Arkansas accent and got one from Newfoundland. One guy on the team was named Maaaarten. It rubs off on ya.

They're trying to compete with Amazon, the thing with buying random stuff through Wal Mart though is that returns/refunds are kind of a pain if it's not something Wal Mart sells directly. I bought a fire pit from Walmart online several months ago that turned out to be 3rd party outsourced, took forever to ship so I cancelled it then they billed me and shipped it anyway.

Took it to my local Walmart and they said sorry, we can't process this return because we don't process 3rd part vendor online returns here. Take it to the store 5 miles away, so I did. They tell me the same thing, and that I have to go to the "main" Walmart return center 20 miles away. Finally that one takes it, then I have to wait another 2 months for the seller to receive it and process it before I get my refund lol

Just buy through Amazon Prime and don't deal with the headache

Its a love/hate relationship when I see my boss buy some POS machine from the 1950's. Hate cleaning them up and painting, but I enjoy putting modern controls in it and really making it look and function like a new machine.

I could do without the 30 year buildup of paper dust and grease though.

I go to Costco for their optometry department, it's the only kind of coverage I don't get through work so I have to pay for it out of pocket. But at Costco you can get an exam for under $100 that includes a contact/glasses prescription, which is a much better deal than going through some private office.

I don't shop much at Costco but only because we don't really need to buy groceries in bulk, yet. They do have the best gas prices but ours is too far away to justify going there for gas and waiting in the lines, for me anyway.
