    SOLD!

I have for sale a 15.5 ft Stinger Speedwire 9 conductor Metra harness made to hook up your OEM headunit to an aftermarket amplifier (that accepts speaker-level inputs) or speaker-level input to RCA converter. This Speedwire will bring all 4 channels of speaker wires and a blue remote turn-on lead to your amplifier. This should connect to any Toyota vehicle, including all 2nd Gen Tacomas, that is compatible with the Metra 71-1761 harness (Toyota / Scion / Subaru 1987-Up OEM Harness).

A list of parts used to make this harness are below.

So I just need to adapt the bare speaker wires ( purple / Green) ( White/ Grey) to RCA's and connect them to the RCA amp inputs? Kind of a stereo novice, new to amp BS

Correct, your amplifier does not have speaker-level inputs. There's four routes you can go:

    1. Buy something like the AudioControl LCQ-1 that converts speaker wires to RCA outputs.
    2. Buy a different amplifier that accepts speaker-level inputs.
    3. Buy an aftermarket headunit to replace the OEM unit. Then you can just use the RCA outputs of the new headunit.
    4. Buy a speaker wire to RCA converter, such as JL Audio XD-CLRAIC2-SW (cheapest route).

Thanks for the input. The LCQ1 you have for sale can that be mounted under the seat? I was planning to mount the amp under the drivers seat and I guess would need to mount an LCQ 1 under the passenger seat? I don't want a sub and don't want to mount anything behind the Rear seats. I really appreciate your advice.

It appears to fit under the passenger seat. Took a picture of it under there.
