Yessir! 140 w/ electric start. It drop shipped from Wholesale Cycle, not sure if it's any cheaper there but good to know at least if Tbolt shows no stock. I've been trying to figure out some stuff with the wiring all day. It has regulated but not rectified 12v AC output for the headlight/other lights, and I'm debating whether I try to rectify it to DC or risk it and see if the LED's will tolerate the AC.. they're diodes so they should, but it'd be a question of how long they would tolerate it then hah.

Also spent a long time yesterday diving into what it would take to make a LiFePo4 custom battery out of some 26650 cells that would still fit inside the original CT90 battery compartment.

You ever watch any Grind Hard Plumbing Co on youtube? Couple kids from North Idaho that throw too large of engines into power wheels chassis and tear it up. They're currently putting a supercharger on their CRF 450 swapped Princess Barbie Jeep. They also did a long time ago a Tacoma rock crawler exo skeleton build that was pretty cool.

Ordered a new power cord for my heated gear. Found an area on mine where the insulation had abraded through thus figuring out why the fuse keeps blowing. A bit chilly riding to work this morning at 37 degrees without my heated jacket liner working.

I rode to work this morning, and it wasn’t too bad! 45 degrees and dry.
I noticed that my core was getting a little cool after sustained speeds of 70-80 MPH. I have a double-insulated Alpinestars Drystar jacket but at those speeds, I shouldn’t be surprised that some air was getting in.

Overall it was certainly tolerable but I think my low temperature threshold will be 55 or so. At least now I know! :D

My g/f will ride with my down to around 50 degrees sustained temp. She's been along leaving out in the early morning at temps below 40 knowing it would warm up and tolerated it but at prolonged temps like that she's out. I rode from my place to Bloomsburg to meet friends for lunch already at 27 degrees and that's about a 2 hour trip one way. Commute to work is right around 10 miles and I've done that down into low teens or even single digits. Heated jacket liner and gloves with cold weather jacket and over pants with quilted linings are a must.

Toothpaste is abrasive. I wouldn't use it on a plastic visor.

I rode to work on a morning last year with the temp just working it’s way back up to positive numbers. I only live about a mile and a half from work, so I just tossed my waxed jacket on over my hoodie and went. But I have winter gloves and a helmet with a snowmobile visor setup that makes the really cold days easy. If it gets really bad, I get out the 250cc scooter. Better wind protection, and I added hand guards and heater ducts from the radiator. Plus I can always get one of those scooter blankets for my legs, or make one I guess.

Heated visor? I looked at getting one for my 509 helmet last winter. They look pretty trick.

The f4i is super comfortable to ride. Had a buddy years ago that had one. Most times I would let him ride the cbr1000rr just because. I feel like my bike is great but on long rides it sucks

You’re right about that. The F4 bikes are sought after because they have that perfect blend of performance and comfortable riding position.

I feel lucky that I found mine. When I met up with the guy who was selling it, his phone was buzzing like crazy because people wanted to see the bike. I bought it on the spot because I knew it would be gone if I took any time to think it over.

So I got these oil filters for the Ninja, and it’s obvious where they were made given the hilarious wording on the box.

Should I trust ‘em or nah?
