Does the wobble happen at specific speeds ?? If so sounds like u need to rebalance and road force the new tires to rims . Might be out of balance .

I had the same issue when I lifted my truck. Had it realigned several times but the steering wheel wobble never went away till I replaced my factory UCA's and was able to moved my caster number to 3.0 to 3.5.

No I have no number had a front end shop did the work. He lowered the air pressure and said drive it a week bring it back we can try rebalance the tires again.

Roll under your truck on the drivers side and grab the inner CV assembly that attaches to the differential.

    Give it a good wiggle.

Did it move? It’s not supposed to.

Now replace your needle bearing with a new ECGS bushing. Enjoy wobble and vibration free driving!

But getting lights flash from oncoming traffic . I know how to adjust but not sure the high? Should I go 3 inches lower? Thank in advance if you know

Is the anti wobble fluid low? I'd start there, if not then I'd check wheel balance.

The service manual has precise instructions for setting the height of the beam cutoff at a specific distance from the wall. Follow that and you shouldn't blind oncoming traffic.

I set mine *exactly* per the spec. It's incredible how accurate it is. I routinely watch my headlights bounce on the trunks of cars in front of me, happy as a clam knowing I'm not blinding anyone.

My wife’s 2021 4Runner came from the factory with LED bulbs in projection lenses. And my 2020 Tacoma came from the dealer with Miramoto LED bulbs in the stock projections so dunno.

If it goes away above 42 mph, then tire balance probably isn't to blame. A 3" spacer lift on stock UCAs? Your caster is probably near zero, which will explain the steering wheel wobble. Get aftermarket ball joint UCAs (ball joint because they have less friction than uniball UCAs) to get more caster. Beware it'll cost $200-300 in shop labor (takes twice as long to swap UCAs than to swap front shocks).

    At minimum you can:
    - park on level ground and turn low beams on to shine on a wall in front of you
    - measure from the ground up to the center of your protection lens.
    - now measure from the ground up to the beam cuttoff on the wall.
    - depending on the distance you parked away from the wall, the lens cutoff height should be lower than the projection lens height.
    - AKA; your low beams should be pointed downwards slightly to not blind oncoming traffic

I would recommend starting your own thread next time since this conversation has nothing to do with headlights or lift kits.

I have tested this this theory and have drawn the below conclusion:

My 2016 truck with aftermarket (expensive) LED bulbs throws the exact same beam as my buddies 2020 truck with stock LED bulbs in the projection housing.
No difference in beam pattern, beam height, bulb LED width or positioning, and no difference in housing part number when searched on parts.toyota.com.

The difference we can see is the wiring harness is controlled by the ECM, so no wiring lead is required like seen on most aftermarket bulbs. The factory just plugs a simple LED bulb into the housing.
The factory LED bulbs are passively cooled with heatsinks. The factory LED bulbs have three emitters on each side of the stalk.

I am not an engineer and offer no scientific research here so ymmv. It does appear that due to the nature of the projection housing and cutoff that Toyota deemed it fit to simply retrofit LED units as well.

Good to know, I never get "flashed" with the Tacoma having the after market LED's. I have heard they are illegal which is weird because I bought it brand new from the dealer that way....maybe Colorado doesn't really care?
