Can you guys pick a different thread to measure your chodes? Nobody gives a single F about chargers or their resale value.

Does this make my chode look bigger?

I was doing inventory last night.
I do not have carbon pipes or a small hose that connects to the turbos. Waiting on @OVTune to reply to email.

I've still got to go through the instructions and double double check inventory.

We are on the final stretch of shipments. Including fuel pumps / controllers.

There may be a few day delay on the next batch going out as we are waiting on our larger boxes to arrive.


There are 3 versions of instructions, so people don't get confused (right now) about what they have/need/don't have etc.

Are you going to address the missing parts?

It said in your post we get everything except the intercooler and one pipe.

Also I’m missing 3-1/4” clamps, boost tap to waste gate boost port rubber hose and clamps. I’m also missing the plugs you said were being added in the kit.

Can you clarify? I have had a tracking number since the 20th so is that batch just waiting on bigger boxes because I didn't order any fuel related stuff.

 

You'd be surprised who can afford what, and still gets a Tacoma.

 

can confirm. I could’ve had a supercar at this point with all of the money I’ve dumped into this thing.

 

I’m not far off either lol, between the wife and I, we have 4 Toyota trucks at home, dough regularly gets dump for off-road or go fast goodies. Toyota 4 Life

 

@OVTune still waiting for response regarding getting a master key from my order in August. You responded to one thing saying you’d answer my other ticket and never did. Looking to get my tatrix cable mailed without fuel pump if that’s holding it up and getting a master key so I can mess around with the tuning and get comfortable with it before the turbos come in. Thank you.

 

Yes I am aware of your tickets. your vF Tuner kit will ship with your fuel pump and controller.

I do not want to split up and start shipping random bits here and there it is making things extremely difficult to track. Its hard enough already as we made a little bit too many options from the beginning. But it's okay because you guys helped create this.


But please just let us ship and get this done without shipping a bit here, bit there, etc etc.




Also, in regards to spark plugs. The kit is suppose to have them, for the purpose that if you want to run higher boost at any time you don't have to change them out.
But there is one problem, NGK has been sold out of the genuine plugs for a long time now, and the current plugs that are available are chinese replicas. I'm not sending chinese replicas because they are known for exploding / cracking / killing engines.

 

Fortunately my order 8s easy and includes all options

 

yeah, I just checked all the boxes and then ordered extra stuff on top of that.

I even have my own intercooler and I’m getting OV’s, just in case I can get that one to work better with the tuning.

I can’t wait to see what we all can do with these things.

What I should've done, it was not worth saving $250~300 for the headache on what is and is not included if you don't order his intercooler.

 

I don’t mind sourcing the plugs ourselves, what is the exact plug you recommend for those running higher boost?
Or is it just the factory model but 2 steps colder?

Good luck, OVtune has informed me the plugs are on backorder. So it's a waiting game.
