1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

So it appears if I want to continue going to the gym I'm going to have to become a morning gym person...ugh

Our only gym that's open is the one that moved outdoors and it's so freaking busy in the afternoon it's not worth going.

 

If you wanna look like me, the gyms not the answer

wait till u get into a schedule with morning routines, youll actually love it man. I used to hate mornings but 345 is when im up daily now haha

I have a baby at home, I was forced into an early morning routine 10 months ago lol

Not quite that early though, but Im usually in bed by 10/1030

Have to be at work at 9 which luckily isn't bad, and I'm only about 15 min from work

 

Thats actually not too bad of a schedule, sounds like u already got it down. Cant be complaining too much bout early lift then lolol


If anything, u may notice ur lifts go up, bc ur not exhausted like working out at the end of the day.

 

Will probably make me more productive at the beginning of the work day too lol

 

bingo, then as u age with ur kid u can be the old guy in the mornings on the porch sipping coffee on a lawn chair. All part of the process

Its just a 1st gen style dash with the radio and AC controls flipped.

 

Went to the gym before work, was less crowded but still busier than I expected. I swear this local gym must be making a killing during covid with every other gym in the area shut down
