They must've changed the trays. My sockets all seem to fit:

Apparently, I need to up my socket collection as well..or locate those missing. Either way, more tools are needed

LOL, I did the same thing. Went to Ace's single socket drawers and bought all the missing ones I could afford. It was driving me crazy.

Used to work in an Aerospace shop and all tools had to be accounted for before shift change to make sure we didn't leave one in an assembly. Missing sockets in my personal box made me nervous out of habit.

Kaizen foam, or at the very least, lay them out on the rubber liner most drawers have and make a habit of making it right every time.

That’s what I’ve been doing. I have a new husky box but the tools slide on the Matt’s. Guess I need to upgrade the mats huh

It wasn’t all Craftsman sockets. Just some. They’re great organizers.

I went back to HF organizers since I really didn’t like any others at the time.

Just came across these on the HFT subreddit. Ordered and they should arrive Friday. Saturday, I'll return the red ones to HFT as I have a few other things to pick up to start modding the box:

Tool room off the garage in the house:
    20201102 - Tool room.jpg

Tool cart out in the mancave:
    20201102 - Tools, mancave.jpg

You are already out of room aren't you? Sell, buy with room to build and build one of these. Storage for your tool storage. Do it while you are young. I didn't, but I should have.
    20201103 - Mancave, 40x40x16, and STILL out of room.jpg

First thing you put in it is a lift. I don't bend to work on anything anymore. I don't get down on the concrete and get under anything on jackstands anymore. Because I can't. Mohammed no longer goes to the mountain. The mountain now comes to Mohammed. (No, my name is not Mohammed. It's just a saying.)
    2021103 - Shop lift.jpg

Then you really get some real comfort going because it is HOT in there. The most important tool I own: 12,000Btu window air conditioner on its own cart so you can direct the cold air right on you. You don't have to cool the whole building, just the two inches around you! There are four months in SE Texas that you won't use all your other tools because of the heat and humidity. This one "tool" makes it possible, bearable, to be out there using them..

    20201102 - Mancave, backup backup gen on lift,w 12000Btu personal AC use.jpg

Then some tunes, TV and frig. The workbench is made from a salvaged laminated oak door that came off a double door main entrance to a psych ward in a hospital.
Meth head took both doors and the frame out trying to escape. Thick and solid, it is about as good as a workbench top can get. Didn't cost me a penny, but has done yeoman service for thirty-five years without a creak or crack. Country boy can survive...(If you build your own, make the deck height between your belly button and your sternum. Trust me. You'll thank me later!)
    20201103 - Mancave, work bench area.jpg

Then some storage, so you don't have to move a buncha' shit to try to find something. (Ask me how I know.) Eighteen inch wide pallet racks, five shelves tall, top shelve at 12 feet, 38 feet long. This is still a work in progress, completion and everything sorted and in its place WHERE I CAN FIND IT...by Jan 1st. God as my witness.

Oh there will be some mods all right
I already had the big battery out in the garage figured I'd use it. What a fearsome combination.

I second the kaizen foam, makes easy work of organization. As a service tech it helps knowing where certain stuff is. Have a veto pro pac as well but these are a couple of my portable boxes2D6B6EDE-D4C3-4C00-A45D-7C83E7C990A2.jpgFEBF4D30-7817-4C7C-893A-26E244D8A58E.jpg

I contacted the seller and asked if they could make a custom emblem. Placed the order this morning:
