Thank you sir, sounds like you're in line for a set soon! They were actually my second pick before I was notified of the 6 month wait for te37x... :boink:

I always wanted a set in my ricer stage, especially in the SBC finish. Ironically enough I've abused the crap out of them and have been happy. Lots of gouges and rashes from off-roading in these areas, surprised I was able to mess them up this much but the titanium gold powder coat has held up very very well...

16x8 0et 110mm hub in titanium gold I believe I paid exactly what you stated. This was a 110mm (or 108) center bore so I did have to get spacers to accommodate. Only 30 sets were available in the US at the time and I needed some wheels asap. The only thing I regret is not considering the cost for a matching spare. :boink:

I also have two different sets of wheel locks on. H-town known for dem wheel steels. Not before you can jack up the vehicle enough though... :D

Mine is starting to fall down from the ceiling. Which is annoying so I need to replace mine too. How much did this end up costing you?

I had my upper and lower ball joints on both sides done.
Sway bar links and bushings, and a wheel alignment. And a nice bill at the end ugh!!

Upper ball joints? As in within the upper control arm?
I thought those weren't independently replaceable and required putting a whole new upper arm?

Sat my fat rear end in it.
Got my oil changed by some of the church youth group; one of them was teaching the others how to diy it. He did a good job.

What with working from home and lockdowns, this 5k mile oil change came 10 months after the last one. That's a record for me by a long ways...

    None... yet.
I replaced my driver's side bj a few weeks ago after being told by my mechanic that it was not a good idea. His reasoning was that, in his experience, it was a huge PITA and the replacement never lasted very long. Well, I already had the part and figured it would be a relatively easy job after reading a few tutorials here.

As is usually my experience, I encountered issues that no one else ever seems to have to deal with and, yeah, it quickly devolved into a PITA. I did get 'er done, learned that replacing the whole control arm would've been a bit more expensive but much, MUCH easier, and... well, now I know!:D

Leads me to ask: If one bj is bad (and it was, the grease was like dried up putty), how likely is it that the others are close behind? I'm in the process of procuring new front/rear shocks and wondering if it would be a good idea to replace the remaining UCA, along with the LCA's, all at the same time...

Has anyone done a swap to light up the window up/down switch? I haven't seen any so I'm assuming its a PITA? Or maybe it comes stock and mine is just out? lol

Yeah I was planning on changing it to a red led when I was swapping a bunch of switch panel bulbs because those were just regular incandescent bulbs you can pull out to swap. I was hoping the door switch was the same type of bulb.

Got a new garage door and splurged on a screen door with it. It's badass. But I have to take stuff off my Prinsu to be able to park in the garage! First World Problems.
