Added the newest Revision (3.1) of Mild+Wild. Attached the file to same link as the original Mild+Wild. Biggest change is Torque converter settings.

Can somebody assist me with the tune im currently running and have modified for my truck. Am I missing something, any other recommendations?

I used OVT 2.0 04B81 Premium Stock as a base.

Things I have currently done are:
    - Change ACIS RPM High to 3400
    - Control Airflow Smoothed x(45.833 - 110) and y(650 - 2400) on Lambda .821 and 0.999
    - Expected Airflow Smoothed x(137.5 - 297.916) and y(650 - 2400) on Lambda .821 and 0.999
    - Adjusted Tire Radius on Drivetrain Control to my current size (stock) 265/70/R16 to 15.303
    - Adjusted Throttle Request to Airload: increased all but the last two columns by 15%, smoothed columns 450 - 650, smoothed columns 250 - 475.
    - First Gear Throttle Limiter all to 100s
    - First Gear Throttle Limiter 4 High all to 100s
    - Throttle Air Flow Increased Gears 1-3 by 20%
    - Throttle Air Flow Increased Gears 4-6 by 25%
    - Increased by 10% all shift point values on Primary Shifting Maps

Thanks for your time and input.

Throttle request torque map? Don't remember the exact name. Changing all values from 4k to 5k.

Throttle request to Airload: easier way to get good results is highlight all values and press control I to make the whole map linear. Or you should raise lower and middle values considerably more IMO.

Shift maps I'd highly recommend changing values by a Numbered value not a percentage. Raise all by 5 or by 10 etc.

Lowering TC unlock maps helps avoid all the extra half shifts and helps maintain cooler TC temps. Holds onto lock longer before unlocking. Not sure which ones specifically for your ID though.
And if your on 5.29s raise global speed to 225

Thanks for that. Are you able to take a look at it if I send it to you and make some changes? Or connect to my computer via teamviewer and take a look? I can pay you for your time I'm new to all this and would like to have a more experienced person take a look at it.

Yes. I don't know if you have used teamviewer before but by doing so you would be able to see and control my screen remotely with your computer.

I also checked and I had set that values you mentioned to 5,000 as well.

Is it safe to assume that lower TC unlock would/could help MPG without changing performance significantly? A locked TC is more efficient but I have limited knowledge of how it interacts with the rest of the tune/ECU logic.

?? good question. I ran MD tune with the TC mod - very subtle different from the ECT-PWR tune - except the mpg which went down 2+mpg combined city/highway/local. BTW the ECT-PWR did result in the TC/Pan temps running significantly lower than all other prior tunes.

Did you try the 3.1 version yet? I'm getting 20 mpg with it. Otherwise feels the same as M+W

Small changes in lowering the values. Like 3-5 mph and only in the 3 - 5% throttle ranges and about leave the lowest values alone. The truck WILL unlock prior to shifting. The stock values for lock and unlock are way too close. They end up bouncing in and out of lock. By lowering the UL values it helps Tremendously. I only did this for 3rd S maps and all of 4 except the 5th and 6th maps. I'm fairly certain those are the trans warm up maps. This is of course for 04B04 newer IDs have more maps and different axis values, but same principle
