We're a new company that launched earlier this year. Bill is the current owner of a 2019 TRD PRO. Created with a static load capability of 1000 pounds (dynamic load is 500 pounds), installation is achievable by one person in less than an hour. We use the highest quality raw components- the brackets are made of high strength steel with a black wrinkle powder coat, the hardware is all stainless, and the bars themselves are anodized aluminum (so they don't rust if you scratch them taking stuff on and off).

We also just launched a molle panel accessory which allows you to mount recovery boards, high lift jacks, gear bags, rotopax, and more.

I have a Lomax tri-fold, are the brackets compatible with a Lomax tonneau cover? I was looking for an image but didn't see any with the Lomax. It's pretty low profile so I was wondering if anyone has the BillieBars installed with one of these? Thanks in advance...

@SoCalSport We don't have any direct experience with the Lomax cover quite yet - although we think it could work. Our brackets would need to go between the Lomax rail and the bed side - so you may need custom weather stripping to keep things sealed on your end. Hopefully that helps.

 

Does this work with OEM cover? If so, I am in!

TRD uses the same OEM cover. We’ll add you to the list!

 

I appreciate the response guys, but after looking at my tonneau, if the brackets we're installed in between the Lomax rail and my bed side rail, I think the brackets would have to be more permanent, and would lose the ability to be adjusted. As much as I would love to get in on this, I think I'll hold off until I know that these would work for sure.

The Billie Bars do look SOLID though, very nice looking product, I really dig em.

Just seeing this. These look really nice. If you try a group buy again in the future I might be in for it

 

Anyone know if the molle panels would fit/work with voodoo bars? I love the set up, but I cant justify right now buying the full bars plus the molle panels,, maybe in the future I could sell my voodoo ones and buy billies...

like how far apart are the holes for the mounts?

 

@AJ4mPR great question. The holes are 1.5" apart and we use 8 mm bolts. While we can't stop anybody from buying a molle panel and installing them on another system, we can't stand behind any failures or mishaps, if there were any issues. They are designed to work with the BillieBars bed rack system, if that makes sense. Let us know if you have any other questions!

@SoCalSport @CementMixr Hey Guys - hope you are well. We had a customer purchase a set of BillieBars that had a Lomax cover. Unfortunately there were too many locking points and making the 4 notches for the brackets would have ruined the integrity of the cover. He thinks somebody with fabrication experience could make it work, but that wasn't his area of expertise. Not the news we wanted to give you, but wanted to follow up either way!
