Rodney Scotts on King Street is pretty dam good too, not cheap at all either. I think it was $60+ for lunch for 2 one day. Thank you company CC.

 

Damn, that's double what two people can eat BBQ around here for...it can't be twice as good...

 

We just ate at rendezvous in Memphis this week, it was 76 dollars for 2 ppl. Like Jimbo said, thank God for company cc.

 

If you watch Chef's Table BBQ on Netflix, he was featured in one of the episodes. pretty neat story

 

I’d beg to differ. I won’t eat cheap bbq anymore. I’m spoiled with it and steak. Won’t catch me at a chain steak place or a trash bbq place. I’ll gladly spend the coin.

With that being said; I want some of Tootsie’s meat

 

I won’t eat cheap bbq either or steaks. But for the price of restaurants I’ll cook my own. I’ve yet to have a steak from a restaurant that is better than mine. And I’ve eaten at some very upscale steak houses thanks to my rich ass boss taking us there on the companies dime.

 

I'mma have to do a day trip! Lunch then drive to dinner!

I drove 2 hours to go to Hemingway to the original Scott's BBQ. Which I guess his dad still runs. Some of the best BBQ I've ever had!

 

It’s much better than Rodneys. I personally don’t like RS. It’s not like his namesake for sure.

 

Best BBQ I’ve ever had was a place in Murrells Inlet called Prossers.
