Didn't Mat say within the last few days that he pulled files while restructuring how files are provided?

He did. I know that they were gone from the 2.0 Base Full post for the ATs. I didn't think that FM would be affected.

No worries, I really appreciate your help.

I'll start over this weekend and go step by step with your post above. I'm just chomping the bit, I've been trying to get everything I need from Matt for VF going on 3 weeks now. I just need to take a breath and be patient.

    You're welcome!

I would not thought that FM would be affected, but @mZiggy was right. I can't get any tunes off of FM either. 1.05B or 2.0. Crazy.

    This makes me feel better!

Maybe it's not quite time to put me out to pasture.

Same here. I would rather be in the group than trying to figure out why folks can't get in.

    Haha! Not quite yet.

Hey all, this is my first time posting here but I've been following you for a number of months and all you've been doing. I need to say great work to all of you and thank you for it. I've learned so much and now that I've finally been able to do away with my '19 AT for my '21 MT I'll shortly be able to get involved. I just need to wait for Mat to support the 04C30 ECU I sent him.
Hope you're all having a great weekend

Has anyone made modifications to the stock 04B14 file or any other MT stock file? If so, what tweaks are you doing?

I and others have made edits to B14 2.0 maps, but if I were to edit a stock map, I'd for sure make it linear for the accel-to-airload and do something with the lambda tables, and enable full throttle. Basically all the same stuff really. Unsure of what the overall result would be though, since we don't have access to all the tables that make Mat's tunes special

Made a few changes and just flashed.
I actually really liked the store ck file other then a flat first gear and slightly flat 5-6th.
Hoping these changes garner some good results.

So, I got VF up and running this weekend. I switched to the 2.0 dump perf 93 file as my base and then did the torque model and throttle airflow edits. This was in conjunction to the exhaust work I did 2 weeks ago. I'm trying to do just small edits at a time to have a better understanding of what's being changed and how I like it.

Just the current changes feel like as much of a leap forward as 2.0 felt after being totally stock. Im really happy with the direction this is going and I'll do a few more edits this weekend.

I feel like it's important for people reading this to know what the vehicle configuration is so they might have a better idea of how the tune might effect their truck if they have a similar set up. So, I'm on 34s, stock gears, HEAVY. This is my work truck so I have a shell, racks on the cab and shell, bed organizer, and tools.

That said my current tank of gas is on target to be the best MPGs I've ever gotten, including when it was brand new, and I'm on winter gas.

And can't thank this group enough for blazing the trail and helping dim-wits like me get things going.

    :hattip:

    Great info.

It is surprising what these edits do on top of the tunes.

I'm dieing to dive in more, but I really want to take things slow and get a feel for which edits do what.

    Definitely!

I goofed up on the first try and didn't know what the problem was. You will find the tune that just makes you not want to flash another. That's where I'm at right now.
