Are you not much of a Tequila fan? It's a favorite in our house and never lasts more than a weekend.

We discovered it at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute during a very strange trip my wife and I had to take a few years ago. That dinner was the only really good part of the entire trip.

 

I was for a good while, then moved to whiskey and been on that kick ever since.

 

Getting to be Whiskey time of year here. Nothing better than sipping a good one when it's cold outside!

 

Damn right it is!

 

I do love a good tequila as well but I find whiskey and bourbon to be more versatile and go along more naturally with what I'm wanting to drink.

But if there's a beach nearby then mommas having herself some tequilas!

We have something called an elm seed bug trying to take over. They will wander inside through the smallest crack and are all over the firewood and any wood cracks in the shop. Even our neighbors told us they're having issues with them. Our mud room is like a war zone and I have to sweep them up every day.

 

Morning? Where the hell are you?....
