If anyone learns of a way to donate to this guy's defense fund (if one is set up), please post a link.

Those nitwits are here in Framingham now protesting a highschool play... I guess they've been outside of the school since early this morning. So if anyone is in the area, make sure to give the one finger salute on the way by!!:brianr:

Yeah, the play is about a gay guy that was murdered I believe. So the crazies all came to town to protest. It's actually good for the school because the play sold out and it's been advertised all over. A lot of local radio stations have been setting up gags on the protesters also, some of them are pretty hilarious.

WOW!!! I served with SGT Newell in Germany for several years. I remember when he volunteered for that mission in Afghanistan and left our Battery to deploy. He is a great guy with alot of passion for his country.

However these actions are a no-go. I got it that this Phelps family is doing these horrible things by protesting at military funerals and there should be a law passed to prevent these things. He was taking a stand for what he believed in.

I am not a shrink ... but I would bet that this guy has a bad case of PTSD. I hope that he gets help and not jail time.
