What kind of drilling do you have to do if it's a little tweaked?

Hey thanks! I don't doubt that these bumpers are the best out there. That is of course why I purchased one! :D I was just wondering in case I had to do the same. I am not worried about it at all! I am however stoked to receive mine!

WOW! I picked up the bumper on my lunch break today and took it to the powdercoater after a really quick inspection (and dismantling of the receiver/license mount). This is one hell of a pro-fabricated piece of art! Everything is top-notch and very very clean. It is beefy as everybody else has described...but (to me, anyway) it's surprisingly lightweight. I love how you did the mounting system and the license plate -- thanks! :D The dude at Fastenal and the guys at the coating shop were impressed.

Unfortunately, the powdercoater is super busy so it's going to be over a week until I get it back...and with the holidays and my work schedule it'll probably be a while until I get it mounted up with pics posted. Talk about frustrating!

    Keep up the great work!

Okay so I was using 10of in a 5lb sack.... Didn't think I would actually stick with the forum but so far I am so I decided to create an account without such a weird name. ANYWAY. I was wondering how the aluminum bumper is coming along? Also, if you haven't started on the sliders and I can still make a change I would like to nix the end flare out. If its already in the works ^%&* it I know I will like it either way.

You did receive my paypal payment right?

I'm definitely eying the Aluminum bumper that's planned.

    2 questions:
Can fog/driving light holes for Hello MicroDEs or 120mm projector fogs be made instead of the 4" holes?
What kind of aluminum are you using and can it be anodized?

Yes, it will look 99% identical to the steel version. As stated, I listed the prices next to the steel prices, base bumper starts at $850 and goes up from there. Base version should actually be only around 55-60lbs! I'll check on shipping.. Not sure if fastenal ships to Alaska, but looks like UPS would be around $350
Thanks for the compliments! Glad you like it and hopefully you'll be able to enjoy it on your truck soon!
I'll edit your name on the list. The material should arrive for the bumper tomorrow, and it should be cut with me welding on it by the beginning of next week. The sliders will take a little longer. I havent started on them, just picked up the materials for building them, so building them without the kickouts will be just fine. I did receive the payment as well. Thanks

I can make the cutouts in whatever size you want, but an it might cost you a little more since its not the norm for me and I'd need to get some different material for recessing the mounts. The bumper will be 5052 Aluminum.

I decided they werent really necessary so I stopped including them. Your bumper was the 1st to ship without them.
