    Maybe I'm confused...
I read it as your wife got off tomorrow.... I was saying you should ask who let her off.... Source of the problem sounds to me...or maybe my reading comprehension is public school catching up with me.

Not to be a Debbie Downer but one of my best friends past today from the Covid. Been in the hospital a month in ICU (at Emory) about 2 weeks. He was 64 and had COPD which is what got him. Please say prays for his grieving family. What a shitty day! Please pray for the Hipsley Family.

Would y’all recommend getting a battery tender for AGM batteries if I’m only driving once a week or so? Or would it be unnecessary? Usually about 20 hwy miles during that one drive.

If the vehicle is experiencing harder starts due to the cold weather than yes. But your description doesn’t warrant a tender. With that said, I drive all my rides at least once a month and they are all on Tenders. But they are also parked above 5500’, in which the cold spike is enough to degrade a batteries performance over time.
My trucks have a shit ton of wiring, almost 12 dedicated circuits a piece. Even though my wiring is (.)(.)s, I no I am going to have bleed off.

    Legal question for you guys.

We went through a car wash that took off the back bumper of the expedition. It has been repaired.

We submitted for diminished value. Their insurance company is requiring me to sign a release of liability in order to collect the diminished value. The document that they want me to sign is not factually accurate. I asked them to modify it and was told to sign the existing document and that no modifications would be made.

Can they legally withhold the claim until I sign a release of liability?

I told them that I didn't mind signing one, but that I wanted it to be factually accurate.

If you want to force them to update it, you will have to lawyer up if they're refusing. It's not worth it in this case.

I'd just sign the thing and enjoy the free money since the truck is already fixed.

There are rare times when we use a very similar form at my work. This basically makes it so that you can’t come back again after it is settled and paid for. I would say that as long as it says that a payment is being made in the sum of $$ in exchange for you signing it, I would just sign it. Obviously I don’t know all the details but from my experience, I have withheld until signed and if it goes to court it going to cost you way more than what you are probably getting.
