02 oxygen sensor voltage?

    02 Tacoma 3.4L prerunner
    K&n air fliter,3"/2" lift,265/75/16 tires
    Aloha gang,so I've got a 02 tacoma,v6 trying to figure out if catalytic converter is bad or o2 sensor, was getting p0420 but hasn't come in a while. Air/fuel sensor changed 1 year ½.voltage shows .45-.70 while driving via fixd app.any help is appreciated.

    A/F sensor data will be a rapidly fluctuating jagged wave of milliamp data while running.
    Exhaust leaks upstream can also throw the code.

    What did it end up being? Same thing is going on with my '03.
