I might be up for this.. I take the day off every year and do a personal thing for it. No set time frame on my end, just something I do.

So....... Keep this updated please if still happening.

At the old place we added elbows where the airlines connect and ran a piece of pipe further down with a drain. Kinda like a sideways T. It worked well enough for air tools. For painting i just used an inline dryer. A dryer setup like that would be sweet though.

Gotcha. Was just wondering while the above dryer was still in me head.

Most of the cheaper dryers have poor reviews. Any idea what the ones you linked cost? They look expensive.

Haha. No idea on price. but figure pricey as hell with all the cans on 'em.

Edit: Found one price on ebay for $1400. Down right crazy. but if you need no water/humidity in the air system at all. I guess it might be worth it.

I figured as much. If you have to ask what it costs you can't afford it.

Nice, do you intend/need to ventilate the space?

I used louvered vents for the soffit areas, plus some undercut under the door, so i'm hoping that will be enough. If not i'll make some through wall vents.

I hope. I know the compressor does something like 24cfm at 175psi. Theres a way to calculate the needed net free area, but i'm way to lazy for that.

Math is hard. It won't be running non-stop, so it has time to cool. Even tools like a cut-off wheel will take a while to drain the tank. Especially if you're the only one using it.

Agreed. It takes a while for it to kick on with normal tools. But, i do want a blasting cabinet and that will make it run at like a 75% duty cycle based on what it did at the old shop.
