Have to get that built Magnum in there with a lower gear ratios first. This T56 with my tire size and final drive get me over 50 mph in first gear. Then I'll consider it. I keep wanting to lift my truck back up for a while.

I already made a bedcage and have giant holes in my bed, but I would love to run the rest of this rear end setup. Is this better suited to the +4" kit? Is there a ratio for balancing front to back travel? Using the 2.25" kit in the front with 13" of travel, is 18+" in the back too much to be practical? I'm genuinely curious.

Does that shock tower interfere with the filler neck? Looking at my long bed, that seems to be right where my filler neck comes up.

Are you going with a cell? Or did you have Harry move your stock tank behind the axle.

They found a tank that is the right shape to go behind the axle. Think when he showed it to me he said it was a bronco tank.

That's interesting. Maybe I'll.do that after I get the front end built.

That's the tuning part. Making a 14" shock work with 18" of axle travel is just triangles.

ETA: and a bunch of top notch fabrication.

Well, got the slide rack, new spindles and heimed tie rods in. Took about 12hrs, just need to do the alignment tomorrow.

Cutting the notch out without a plasma is a difficult task especially with my skid brace in the way.

Too dark and starting to snow to get pics

This rear kit is ideal for any front end. And how and where you drive will dictate what’s practical or not.

Yes, the good news is your install will be a lot easier since the rear OE rivets have already been removed!

First drive and part of it is probably just the new, not blown out rack, but everything feels tight and right and great other than the wheel is a bit crooked from my alignment. Not too bad, but snowing today so it’ll have to do until it warms up or I just take it in for an alignment.
