If all the parts on it are properly installed, it would be a nice candidate for caging and bumper since it seems they hit the parts & maintenance depts.

That dude just got it back, took kibble a year to build it it seemed like.

guess he realized having a $200k Silverado that can’t do what half the $100k trucks can do is dumb?

very clean work. I’d be concerned about the sheet metal cracking at the welds but it’ll be Interesting to see how it holds up!

I've still gotta add an outside flange for the panels that are gonna go on top to bolt to so should have some good cross strength so i'm not to concerned about it cracking. Yeah i wished i lived down in cali so i could just take out the wheel wells but in Washington theres to much rain, mud and snow for me to be comfortable leaving the engine bay that open and exposed.

personally, I wouldn't leave the wheel well exposed myself even in SoCal. Asking for too much trouble.

1000ish psi comes to mind. Its been a while since I researched it, but thats why I used a psc tc pump on my hydro because factory wasn't strong enough.

    (Psc tc pump is 1200)

Anyone using heim outers on a 2nd gen with a factory spindle? Looking for some photo references... the factory outer tie rod uses the bottom of the steering knuckle and I've seen people drill them out and put heims on the top and the bottom side.
