    Some stick on chrome from pep boys
    Yes, mate has without issue. Spray bomb primer inside and use rubber grommets at entry and exit.

    if not run through the hinge, then how does the wire not get stretched when fully open?

    I’d guess you’d have to have a small service loop of some sort and located so there’s minimal movement.

    ....a pic would be super helpful.

    I lived there for 25yrs, I miss family, the food and nightlife....not much else

    i'm in Arizona. Like yourself, I do miss some things in NY, but I'm happy that I made the decision to try something different. 18 years in NYC was a great experience, and I still try to visit a few times a year. But nothing beats being able to get lost in the desert with nobody in sight for miles.

    Ideally I’d want CA bunch day and then nyc at night!
    CA and the west has been amazing for outdoor lifestyles.
