I too like some of the interior chrome that provides some nice contrast, but that said... that's gonna cause some blinding reflection at some point.(I'm sure you're aware) Still, it's got me envisioning how black chrome would look.

Nice looking rig. Is that an OR OE wheels with wraps and 265/70/16 Duratracs?

TRD Pro suspension with Headstrong 3 Leaf AAL, DV8 OR front slimline bumper & Engine Skid Plate, RCI OR high clearance bumper, CaliRaised Trail Edition Sliders, Spidertrax 1.25" Wheel Spacers, 265/75 16 GY Duratracs, wrapped the OEM wheels, OR Roof Rack, Extang Exceed Hard top Tri fold tonneau.
Thanks, the truck is kinda plain, but functional, and yes, they are the OE OR wheels with wraps, but with 265/75 16 Duratracs. I had bought the TRD Pro suspension a few weeks ago, but wasn't't able to find the time to install it. Fortunately I unexpectedly got Friday afternoon off, and with my wife at work, I was able to work uninterrupted and knocked it out in about 3 hours. It is a huge improvement over the OR suspension, and I am looking forward to getting out to Big Bend during Thanksgiving to check them out off road, loaded with all my camping and recovery gear and bikes.

    @MNlaw
I have similar setup but with a prinsu and a renogy panel, fed through the roof through the meso thinfin. What I do like is your flush mount panel. I bought the renogy mounting brackets. What brackets do you have? Wondering as I'd like to get some, thanks!

Finally got all the paint done and some time to install everything.
@CBI Offroad Fab belly skids and @ragofabrication LCA skids.
Now I need CBI to make their gas tank skid for a long bed.

Skuff in the middle is just from my hands on the flat black. Still pretty happy with my HF HVLP sprayer and the Implement Paint from TS.

    You paid 50k for a Tacoma?
I’d hope it comes with complimentary sunglasses for all that chrome:rofl:. Looks good, just not my taste.

Add a pair of 12 inch o-tracks to the bed to go with the two bigger ones. Still need to grab 2 more of the 4 foot sections next time I am at fleetfarm. They had 2 versions of the 12 inch track, some had only 2 mounting holes, some had 3 mounting holes. I grabbed the 3 mounting hole ones to be extra secure.

Just be aware that these are not good running boards to have if you plan to go off road at all as the steps hang about 3 inches lower than the rails and, as they are body mounted, can cause rocker panel damage if bottomed out.

Probably not. Who would fabricate paying that much?

I had installed the new Course Motorsports no drill phone mount earlier in the week and I am amazed at just how stable this mount is. For the moment when first installed, I had the cord dangling to the phone from the Car Play USB jack. I had already gotten a right angle USB adapter so I could actually use the right-side cup holder and I snaked the cable up around the trim piece and it is held in place with (2) small pieces of the smooth side of Velcro. One piece of Velcro is tucked under the trim piece so I can't even see if from my seat. The top piece of Velcro blends in well with the black interior. In the future, once the back is over the surgery I may try to snake it up behind the dash to the top of the radio but then I may have to notch the trim to get it out of there with the trim placed back as it should be. Right now it doesn't look bad and works for me.

It’s a quick release valve to replace the existing hex nut.

@ALI3N_123 I was. Just making a point. I actually got my 2020 TRD Sport @ invoice, minus 36k for my trade-in 16 TRD OR with 30K miles on it.
Plus the dealer allowed me to take my OEM bed step, OEM tonneau cover, OEM side steps, OEM bed mat, and myriad other little mods I had on my 2016.
Additionally, they installed (at no charge) a new OEM tail gate lock. I faired very well on that deal.

Out of curiosity I just went to to the Toyota website and built a fully loaded 2021 sport and the MSRP was roughly $47,000. I can believe he paid every bit of that if it was a fully loaded sport with all the bells and whistles.
