I believe forum member Unchained 5150 does the same. His undercarriage look like new.

 

I could pressure wash the whole frame and undercarriage and boxes and start over but if I did that I would pull a lot of stuff off to do it.
I will say my alignment eccentrics still turn like butter.
I flood those with FF annually.

 

My friend used to work at a muffler shop. We seen a lot of cars, SUV, trucks with built up layers. We always thought the sprayers were lazy until 1 customer explain to us about layering the spray on coating over everything. The vehicle isn't going to win any concours shows but there wasn't a spot of rust anywhere.

I took mine apart 3 and a half years ago and coated everything in antiseize. A couple of years after that I took them apart again just to see how effective it was. Butter....they came apart like butter.

Bet you've lost count on how many cam bolts you've had to cut out on Tacomas and 4Runners over the years.
