You can deal with Roy all you want, but he’s a complete D bag. He’s smart, and knows his stuff. But a rude asshole. Get the nose of that thing up and you’ll be fine

Alignment will get you off your cab mount, I don't actually know that preload will help. You want as much postive caster as you can get.

I'm at like 3.3 deg caster. @Summers_Kytaco_19 and I were hesitant to go any further

I don't remember- do you have wheel spacers or funky offset wheels? Pushing your wheels out in the wheel well is the next most likely culprit for hitting the cab mount.

I did BP51's with SPC UCA's. I naively tried to reinstall the factory wheel and it was rubbing the UCA. For a short while, i ran spacers... I don't remember what size - maybe 1 1/4""? Anyway, i ordered these AR202's https://www.americanracing.com/product/wheels/ar202/?attribute_pa_finish=matte-bronze-black-lip
    They're 0mm offset and 4.5" backspaced - 16x8.

Edit: I received 3 AR202 wheels... Still waiting on the 4th. One of my wheels in the back is still the OEM wheel + spacer lol.

I've got new All Pro cab mounts to go on mine. Hopefully they help.

Been sitting in my living room floor for at least a solid month, need another month of good fermentation, and then I can begin the procrastination steps of getting them on. :D

Well, the truck isn’t quite done yet and I know this is a Tacoma forum, but I just received this today. I bought it in the PNW and had it shipped. It’s a 2013 Audi TTRS. Have wanted one for years (2013 was the last year Audi sold a car with a manual transmission).

    Thanks Ed!

And good news for the truck. Front suspension is in and outer tie rods are connected (need to adjust and tighten them down). All that’s left to do is get my tires swapped over to the SCS F5s and I can back the truck out of the garage for the first time in months!

It’ll definitely need an alignment and I’m sure getting used to driving it without the front sway bar will be interesting... but it’s almost there.
